Our Services
We design and build renovations on older homes.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, porches and whole-house work. The same team handles all of it, from the first drawing through the last walkthrough.
Most of the houses we work in were built before 1960. Some of them well before. That changes how a project gets planned, because what the house will allow has to be understood before anything gets drawn.
We work throughout La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Brookfield, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Riverside, Countryside, Indian Head Park, Burr Ridge, Westchester and Oak Brook.

Kitchen Remodeling
The room the house actually runs on, laid out around how you really cook.
