Design-build puts the people designing your renovation and the people building it on the same team.

That matters more than it sounds.

Before construction begins, the layout, structure, finishes and major details have already been worked through together. The architect understands what the carpenter needs. The carpenter knows what the designer is trying to accomplish. Everybody is looking at the same house and the same set of drawings.

There is one process from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Most of our work is in La Grange, La Grange Park, Brookfield, Western Springs and the surrounding western suburbs, where a lot of the houses are approaching or have already passed the century mark.

We know these houses.

We know what can stay, what can move and how to introduce something new without making it look like it landed there yesterday.
